Rotary Members Andy Maw and Roger Sweet spent a wonderful Friday evening at the Boscombe Sea Cadets’ HQ. It was a genuine pleasure to meet such an impressive group of upright and well-mannered young people. Their immaculate uniforms and positive attitude are a credit to the unit.
They learned about the fantastic work the leaders and cadets do together, fostering discipline and practical skills through activities like sailing, rowing, and community engagement. The young cadets and their informative leaders were full of enthusiasm, and all are eagerly looking forward to next year’s Rustic Fayre.
